With a creative writing degree from Georgetown University and a Masters in Education from LMU, his passion for storytelling was ignited early by his great aunt, Georgia Frontiere, the pioneering Rams Football Team Owner and opera singer. Watching his aunt navigate high-stakes leadership rooms heavily inspired the sharp, strategic ambition found in their main character. As a school ambassador to Pakistan, he had the rare privilege of meeting former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto. Her profound poise, kindness, and political courage also helped shape the protagonist in this series. Further nurturing his passion for storytelling, the creative and charismatic leadership of Michael Eisner, who the author met at a wedding and with whom he stayed in contact, has also been a source of inspiration for his novels.
Her burning passion for storytelling was ignited by a daring journey to America. She chased the American Dream to give her family’s silent struggles a global voice. After studying and graduating from college in America, (IUP in Pennsylvania), she dove into the creative energy of Los Angeles. There, her roots were shaped by a fierce survival story. Her grandparents fled the devastating grip of poverty and famine in Southern China during the Chinese Revolution. They boarded ships and anchored themselves in the distant country of Peninsula Malaya (now Malaysia). Though displaced, deeply homesick, and caught in a cycle of hardship, they fought relentlessly to rebuild from nothing in a foreign land. Every drop of their sacrifice and resilience fuels her raw, deeply moving writing process and shapes the profound fruits of her dedicated work. Even after successfully managing her father's businesses in Kuala Lumpur and after achieving her own success as a business owner in the US Renewable Energy Industry, she never forgets the sacrifice her grandparents once made. It is both the hope and the courage that success gives us and the humbling cost of the sacrifice that drive her emotionally-charged storytelling.
